Physical AI company Xiilab has launched XAIVA Agent, an AI agent for its vision AI-based video analytics platform XAIVA.

XAIVA Agent allows users to search event footage using natural-language queries. For example, when a control room operator asks, “Find yesterday’s restricted-area entry events in Building C,” the agent identifies matching events and describes the situations shown in the footage. This eliminates the need to manually search through multiple CCTV feeds and alert logs.

Xiilab said users can ask questions such as “Show intrusion detections by area this week,” and the agent will summarize statistics and changes compared with the previous week. Results can be downloaded as PDF reports with a single click. When internal safety regulations and manuals are uploaded, the agent can also retrieve relevant information to answer questions.

The home screen also features a “Worth Checking Now” section that automatically identifies events that have increased or decreased from the previous week, occurred repeatedly at the same location over several days, or clustered during specific time periods. It presents the findings in sentences such as “Intrusion detection occurred at Entrance 3 for five consecutive days.”

The XAIVA engine, connected to on-site CCTV systems around the clock, uses more than 130 vision models to detect incidents in real time, including workers without safety helmets, fires, collapsed workers and unauthorized entry into restricted areas. The agent analyzes events accumulated over several weeks by location, time of day and weekly trends. It can be used directly within XAIVA without additional development or integration with external services.

All analysis takes place on customers’ internal servers. The platform supports on-premises deployment in isolated networks without external internet connectivity, ensuring that video footage and analysis results remain on-site. XAIVA has obtained intelligent CCTV performance certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) and Grade 1 Good Software (GS) certification. Xiilab said the platform can be deployed in semiconductor, pharmaceutical and public-sector facilities with stringent security requirements.

“Although the number of CCTV cameras at industrial and construction sites is growing rapidly, there are far too few people to monitor them,” Xiilab said. “XAIVA enables AI to identify relevant footage and explain situations in natural language, allowing human operators to focus on monitoring decisions and responses.”
