Salesforce, an agentic customer relationship management (CRM) solutions provider, said Oct. 7 that it will work with INSPIRE Entertainment Resort on the artificial intelligence (AI) transformation and digital innovation of its MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions/Events) business. INSPIRE operates an integrated entertainment resort in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, near Incheon International Airport's Terminal 2.

The two companies said they will cooperate in stages, from integrating sales data to building an AI-based decision-making system, with the aim of creating a new business-to-business (B2B) sales model for the hospitality and MICE industries. MICE refers to a high-value business tourism and services segment combining corporate meetings, incentive travel, international conventions, and exhibitions or events.

Salesforce said the partnership will turn experience and information accumulated in the field into corporate data assets and connect them to actual sales strategies and revenue generation. INSPIRE plans to introduce Salesforce's sales-focused solution, Sales Cloud, across its entire MICE B2B sales organization to establish a data-driven sales management system.

INSPIRE has accumulated data on event bookings and revenue through Delphi, a sales and catering management solution from global travel technology company Amadeus. The company said it is partnering with Salesforce to make greater use of the data for sales forecasting and strategy development and to establish an integrated sales system spanning data entry, analysis, decision-making, and field operations. Amadeus describes Delphi as its sales and catering management software for hotels.

INSPIRE plans to link event and revenue data accumulated in Delphi with Salesforce data on customers, sales opportunities, and sales activities, allowing it to manage the entire sales process from customer inquiries to final contract wins. The company expects to turn individual sales histories into an organization-wide data asset and improve the accuracy of revenue forecasts and decision-making capabilities through comprehensive analysis of sales activities.
